In recent years, we've often heard predictions about a housing market crash.

Would like to make connections and get some advice about the market. 

Waukegan is a town you do not have to rent section 8, lots of great market renters, and the naval base is a great source of clients.  

I live in Belguim so markets are very different here.

I was also wondering if the market is good right now in Germany.

Jacksonville is a great market with lots of professionals in the industry.

My question is “Should we throw it on the market and net around $50k in profit or hold?”
