In many counties this will have good information like zoning, lot size, some info about the house, property tax records, type of heat source, etc.When I visit a property, I like to visually check out the neighborhood, I will inspect the house myself, collect any financial information they are willing to provide, I will also talk to neighbors about the house if I see any.
