We call what we do turnkey, but it's more of a turnkey experience than it is a turnkey product out the gate.Agree with your general description of turnkey though.

Fast forward through some vital life experience, I’m back on BP with a desire to jump back into my goal of having a cash-flowing rental portfolio that can help support me.

I wanted to see if anyone else is still using this method or has used it in the past and what their experience with it was.

Investors with experiences and losses recommend living within 3 or 4 hours of the rental, so it's easy to drive back if something goes haywire.My friends live 2 hours from theirs and it's a hassle.
