I would definitely shy away from invasive cameras like ones in the house or facing a pool area etc.

Flood Insurance - it covers surface water that damages the parts of the building you own and your contents Florida has wind zones that there is sepparate wind coverage from an Insurance Pool. 

At the same time, I understand that rents would decrease during the pandemic due to the lost wages of the prospective tenant pool who is likely skewed towards retail, hospitality and other industries affected disproportionately by the COVID economy.

@Bryan Noth @Jordan Moorhead ---- rest assured, that the communities around Lake Travis (Bee Cave and Lakeway) and unincorporated areas to the west, down Hamilton Pool Road into Hays County (Dripping Springs) are seeing incredible growth too. 

I live in a 3bed/2bath in the Biltmore area of Phoenix, AZ w/pool.

The pool is a concern.
