Insurance for owners.
Any advice on what companies to use for insurance as an owner of a property. The property is a condo and titled in our LLC. Seems the companies we have checked so far do not write policies if the property is owned in an LLC. We know the exterior is covered by the HOA, but want to be insured if the unit floods or someone gets hurt. We are in South Florida. Thanks for the help.
