Thoughts on rental in Port St Lucie area?
Thinking to buy a SFH in Port St Lucie as a rental and was looking for some thoughts from people with experience:
- would it make sense to buy a new house as a rental?
- would it be better to have a house with a pool or is it a liability for a rental?
- does the proximity to the beach matter for the full-time rental?

@Diana Matlin New Yorkers are flooding Palm Beach County and over paying for real estate here. Locals are getting priced out and have no choice, but to look north to Martin & St. Lucie County. I think prices will continue to rise in St Lucie County as long as the surge to Palm Beach County continues and as long as interest rates do not rise too fast.
