Although.....if anyone wants to pay me $5000 upfront and $500 a month to be my student, and learn how to successfully make money doing short sales, I might be persuaded. 10 students would make a nice little monthly income.

The secret was just suing everybody, the board, the employees, the stockholders, etc.never seen one case where their assult didn't work.On the other hand a multi-member LLC with the proper set up has withheld assult by the legal profession.

If something goes wrong they shut the brokerage down and lose the license and keep investing.For brokerages that consider this a profession there is a value to the business that is built up and earned over time.
