i agree with you, I would remove them before cement boarding.it would give you a chance to see the real condition of the existing sub-floor for one, and it would raise the new floor slighter higher than it would need to be if the old material was left there.

She cannot negotiate or act as fiduciary - she simply communicates the facts to both parties, which includes material defects, etc.If you want full agency representation, perhaps your broker would split the earned commission with a licensed colleague (her office or another) and have the colleague represent the buyer?

My question is, would I be better off trying to paint and prep this house or would it be better to look into vinyl siding or some other siding material to cover over the existing siding.
