Wholesaler relationship with real estate agent

In Louisville, Kentucky as a wholesaler we cannot list the property on the MLS with a realtor so he/she can get commission if the realtor finds a buyer. Also it is illegal as a wholesaler to put a property on the MLS, right?

What are legal strategies to help realtors get paid when they help secure a buyer?

Hello Dom,

I run comps for most of the wholesalers here in Louisville, it's been about five years now, going on year six. I frequently send out the deals to my clients and add my 3% on top. Then I write an offer with a one time showing agreement to the seller (you). Basically every deal becomes like working with a FSBO and my fiduciary duties are maintained. Harry Borders is hosting an event next week for wholesalers. You should come!
