Been around this space for a dozen years. 

Post close they want to either rent a space within the building to an entity that my client has an equity interest in but will not be physically present or to sell the building to that entity.  

I know the We Buy Homes work in residential but are any of you seeing success with these sites in the Commercial space?

A property manager should be able to provide all receipts original or original plus a mark up (if they take one).

The previous owner converted the attic space and there are a total of 3 bedrooms on the second floor. 

Purchase price: $180,000 Cash invested: $50,000 New Venture for me to work with my Sister to create a space that carried a vision for her company/brand.

So @Mark Sewell do I then just find a deal like that and offer this to owner directly? 

But there are also the downsides such as what i mentioned above along with a higher payment per month, double appliances, and just larger space overall if something needs to be worked on.
