My contractor has already pulled them but I just randomly thought about it earlier and wondered is it at all common for people to pull their own permits. 

As a hobby I'm working on one website for real estate listings where landlords/owners can list their property and also get professional pictures and video tour from our people ready for their listings.

Couple of random thoughts;since it is all negotiable to a point... and the bank has yet to accept...

I'm taking my camera to take photos/videos of the property so I can market it.
