I have seen a lot of people start out with little and become wealthy in real estate but not too many in the stock market..unless they are taking their own company public.. or they start a hedge fund..which is a lot different!

I dont want to publicly shame the individuals....but after doing the math using the numbers they used on the TV show for purchases, sales and renovation costs, and estimating the carrying costs using typical hard money rates for the market where the property was....Im estimating the flip lost $13,000.

Another thing you could try is walking your neighberhoods and talk to the general public and leave sticky notes with a message that makes people call off of oversized notes.
