I can also probably pretty easily quantify what your unskilled labor is worth :) and tell you that you are probably better off finding the next deal.It costs money to maintain licenses and so our costs for bringing more to the table are more.

I haven’t had a claim but another investor had a fire and they paid pretty promptly, so that’s good.

Quality of service and fees vary pretty greatly - from pure document mills/marketing firms to quality advisory support that is really necessary with such plans.
