There are lists you can build and plenty of off-market seller leads sources, also driving for dollars apps like Deal Machine.You have to know what you are targeting and why to find motivated seller leads and you have to spend to get them unless you want to start just mailing your own letters and in that case, you still need to drive or buy a list and skip trace it.
