Good luck, that is exciting! 

I am super excited about all the possibilities out there and in the process of putting a plan together with the goal of purchasing a rental property in 2022 (Brrrr) but recently i was presented with the opportunity to work for a year with a Property Management company and i am not sure if this will derail me and waste my time or it will help me gain some valuable experience once i start acquiring my own properties.

I am excited to be learning about RE investing and so grateful to be in this position but I am terrified of making a mistake.Thanks in advance!

@John Do just keep putting offers I lost out on a house I was super excited about to an offer that was a few thousand dollars less because the other offer was an FHA and the seller wanted to help out a new buyer.

That may change, but it’s exciting. 

@Ricky Nigro I wouldn't touch this deal because the cash flow does not meet my requirement nor does a 4% return excite me.

Its like sampling a NFL players 40 yard dash but for apartment underwriting.

I can see how this would be an exciting proposition, but run your numbers very carefully.

You don't want to be stuck with an empty house if something happens in your relationship with one of them.Sounds pretty exciting though!!!!
