I am wondering what's the best type of deed to use to sell a vacant lot I have from my LLC to my personal name.

The person being interviewed had a marketing strategy using TV commercials (maybe billboards?)

Oddly enough, I have found RE professionals are pretty warm as long as you are personable and aren't just immediately trying to ask them for things.

@Priti Gupta,I own my house hack in my personal name and still have separate bank accounts and credit cards for it.

The seller financing person is not involved in the closing when you sell it.

It's hard to do business when a personal relationship exists.

I have no more headaches, there is an umbrella policy for the properties, and I can buy more properties with the cash flow without anymore personal money.

The other is demonstrating efforts to meet that intent.Between now and the pending closure I would actively look for work in your area and keep emails and letters to show that you did that in case it comes up.

My personal opinion is: once the renovation is done, property is rented and generally stabilized, I take out a fixed rate mortgage.  

Please let me know your thoughts.I personally like investing in this area.
