I just recently got Buildertrend and I like it but it will take some time learning to navigate it and set up our stuff into it.

Hello felow BP-ers,I have trouble navigating the "forum" on BP.

Ultimately, if you end up taking a serious look into the Indy market and need some help navigating the neighborhoods, evaluating individual deals or getting plugged into the network here, please don't hesitate to reach out through BP or by sending me an email.  

Like most things in Italy there is a lot of red tape/bureaucracy and the system is really only set up for domestic buying and selling, not international investing which makes the process difficult to navigate, especially if you don't speak the language.

Hey @Nick DiFinzio It's unfortunate to hear about your sister's situation however there are few things she can do to try and navigate the situation and recover any of her invested funds.

Also to navigate the legal aspects of purchasing a foreclosed home and resolving any tax relating issues.

It's a tough landscape to navigate,  quality and prices all over the place.  

Thoughts on ways to navigate this and avoid a large dog in our newly renovated property?! 

The benefit of navigating those waters is we purchased at a greatly reduced price.
