And admittedly, there isn't much science behind our search for a market because we really don't know what we don't know aside from what we read and listen to on the podcasts that talk about choosing a target market.Ideally cash flow and growth would be the goal, however I do understand that that's not always very realistic to assume both are possible in a given market.
