So most of them aren't concerned with cash flow and are frankly lucky to break even on these local programs. 

I'd recommend joining a local STR group and talking to some folks there.Good luck.

STR is a hospitality business and is active.

As a member myself, I've found it invaluable for honing business strategies in the local market.

Columbus is the new Memphis as it relates to this site.. there used to be 7 or 8 turnkey guys in Memphis and probably more.. not sure how many are active today.
