Another said if my builder co-signed on the loan it wouldn’t be a problem. 

My wife and I own a "second home" in Reno Nevada which we purchased with 10% down and were planning to purchase another one, but our lender told us that we can't get another loan for a second home within ~100 mile radius of an area where we already own a second home/primary residence.

It isn't insanely different from regular deal but it is also great not paying high fees for a DSCR loan.

My only other bills are phone, insurance, gym, and student loan.

This loan can finance the purchase and renovations or PIP.
