I want my children to believe in an internal locus of control.

I will be graduating this coming spring 18, and currently interning at a local commercial real estate firm, hopefully with a job coming after I graduate.  

I hope to one day be a an international investor, but just starting out locally is a good enough start.Thanks @Luis Reyes.

Also, you may want to intern with a Property Management company, RE investing company, developer, Commercial Broker or commercial lender.

You see it in some McMansions around here used throughout.In any case, there is no way on earth that any wall with no internal framing made entirely of drywall is a load-bearing wall.

Is there any legislation coming down the pipe that may affect the real estate market?

I've rented Airbnbs all over the place even internationally, and the ones with the good locations sell themselves and are always booked and I'm sure the property owners aren't sweating over reviews.
