There are quite a few cabinets that can be installed to make the kitchen look upscale without spending an exorbitant amount of money.

It depends on the specific materials to be installed, and the PITA factor for the bathroom floor layout and any prep to regarding the existing flooring.Unfortunately, I don't think my Dayton guy goes that far, but I will check with him.

Also, the units that were installed are oversized hence ineffective with humidity.

The only thing hazardous I can think of is hiring a shady installer who steals or worse.
