I like the idea of investing in these parts best because while it is a commute I will still be able to visit the property when necessary.

I like the idea but you forgot the cost of the internet service for the router which should cost approximately $50-$100 per month depending where you live.

As an Architect, I love the idea of light in the bathroom as long as the waterproofing is dealt with properly.
