Rent will be $1,100, $150 app fee, standard 3x income and checks (for reference, most rentals in my town are horribly run down and owned by slumlords and around $600-700 - this is part of my vision...changing the norm to modern and more beautiful, but stricter requirements)So I had a local bank call yesterday.

@Derreck WellsSometimes landlords/agents do have to charge less than the legal maximum because high app fees will reduce the number of applicants they get, especially if they require every adult to submit a separate application.

Hai, there are numerous apps in the US to pay for things that are much easier than Interact nowadays, such as Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, etc and of course PayPal.

I think maybe just Google calendar and spreadsheet may be the answer but thought I'd ask if anyone recommends some kind of software or app that encompasses several aspects and with in conjunction te details of accounting etc...Realtor type software/prop mngmt/ flip budget cost trackers/ allocating/task assigning and allocating and possibly customer database/campaign type functions.And most importantly easy (or at least wort the effort) to use as I always end up back to million lost sticky notes.Thanks in advance

Again, you may run into transfer limits and slower payment processing times with some of those other apps which aren't necessarily designed for the purpose of rent collection but the right landlord software can make this seamless for you.
