$90/sf is not a bad number for slab on grade new construction with some pretty generic finishes and an efficient floor plan, but if you're building a pier foundation to match existing and avoid fill, it may be more expensive.Also, your GC may be adding a fudge factor based on no plans, he has no idea what upper-middle class finish selections would look like. or any number of other reasons.

Wordpress pages look pretty generic and they function well, can pay to have the site customized to your liking with specific graphics (200ish) or they make templates you can purchase for $5-75.

In others, deposits must be held in an interest bearing account and the deposit+interest refunded as appropriate.The Equity; Deposits Held and Liabilities; Deposits Received are as generic as possible and do not imply specifically WHERE deposits are located.I move the Equity; Deposits Held funds into another account altogether in a separate Credit Union to avoid all these issues.

You could use an online service such as EzLandlords.com, download a generic template from your City/Municipality (Boulder actually has the Boulder Model Lease... it's a little quirky, but works), or best yet, work with a lawyer.
