Generic Business Plans???

Hey guys,

Are there any generic (not deal specific) business plans you would suggest working with to build a business plan for private funding opportunities in multifamily??? I have a couple that I have come across, butI am looking to put together a concise plan to show some accredited investors that I have personally known and worked with (non REI related) in the past.
