Hello everyone!

This is my first post but I actually found biggerpockets.com a few years ago. I have listened to a handful of the podcasts and find this site and all that it has to offer amazing. I'm 26 and have lived in San Diego all my life. I currently work in the Supplement/Sports Nutrition industry and have a background in health insurance.

My mother has a few properties and is relatively successful with her real estate investing. After seeing how things have gone for her, i'm looking to get into it. I will be buying my first home this year in the 92129 zip code(ideally).

It won't be my first property purchase though. I bought a condo back in 2011 and sold it in 2014 for roughly 100k more than the initial purchase price so I feel like I'm off to a good start. Except I know that I'm quite ignorant and have a lot to learn!

I have come to this site to learn, network, and when I'm older and wiser, help fellow like-minded people.

Thanks for Reading!

Michael
