Investment Info:Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

My plan would be to stay with family in CA the 2-3 months I am back from work in the U.S. , and have the property 100% rented out for the year.

Orlando is one of the most hot market in real estate, so finding the right property management company that handle your property in the most professional manner possible in all aspects is really challenging. you want a company that specializes at residential real estate either multi or single family and most likely serving the area that you are investing in. 

Hi BP family, would anyone have recommendations on the best way to find offmarket syndication opportunities with GPs/operators that have great track records?

Do you focus more on multi-family builds versus single family?

My questions: 1. 2-4 units multi-family property strategy is better than buying 3 SFH in that market?

Property: Single Family w/ Adu - Both spaces rented - Way below median rental - home is listed about 70k lower than appraised How does one acquire a property they know is a great investment when they can’t?
