At that point, I should be able to pull out everything except I'll probably be out of pocket closing costs.  

It's the federal government though so you can bet that they aren't very flexible and can't make changes or exceptions when someone messes up a bid.

Properties that are zoned mixed-use or commercial can be an exception.

We barely found this new build home at $375k and I was almost forced to take it because everything in the area was sold out, except for this one that was a fallout.

The one we are buying is 1.6M so...He said no exception would work for us unfortunately.

We did NOT have any appraisal contingency and got the deal excepted, so if we hadn't appraised, we would have gone back and renegotiated.

I'm looking to purchase something there and the math so far is not mathing real well for me, especially looking at the fact you can't do any STRs except in the commercial district.
