This situation with this particular tk and pm has been happening and it has extended from the beginning of the business relationship for over a year and a half.

I currently am house hacking a duplex here in NE for the last year and a half. 

I am new to the world of real estate investing, and hoping to broaden my knowledge over the next few years before buying my first property (still trying to convince my husband to buy a duplex as our first home and rent out half).
