San Antonio - Corporate Rentals?

Hi everyone! I have a client with a condo that has been a furnished short term rental for about a year and a half. Unfortunately, the condo complex recently changed the rules to not allow rentals of less than 6 months. :/ 

Does anyone have experience with corporate rentals of 6 months+? Are there any websites to advertise on or companies that provide this service? Thanks in advance!
