Unless you are merely trying to create a diverse portfolio of average yielding property investments, you need to do better than investing in properties at “market value”.  

I've noticed a lot of private lenders promoting there lately. 

Plus, the diversity of jobs here in the DFW area ensures that there will always be demand for rentals here for many years to come. 

There are not a lot of areas in the nation that provide as much diversity and year-round enjoyment either as Colorado, which is another reason we have seen a great bit of increase in remote workers moving here.

Due to the financial crisis, the borderline unscrupulous (and often illegal) promotion of Cleveland investing to foreign markets (low money in, no improvements, exit by abandonment), and the market-killing point-of-sale inspections, it's a market that cries out for even a moderate level of social responsibility to breathe life back into communities.

Also I have a great start on retirement through my pension, and a healthy portion of my check going to other investments, so the diversity of my portfolio is very attractive.

Facebook marketing and LinkedIn posts promoting your business or what products/services you provide tend to be the overwhelming possibility for marketing. 

I'm trying to find a community where it family orientated and diverse.
