If you are somewhat savvy then search online for free website templates or scripts and once you find something you like it's usually a matter of just FTP'ing it to your website.As a matter of fact after doing some looking the site you linked was built using a template from https://www.amtamembers.com/designs and it looks like they make it easy to edit.

Robert, One of the things to watch out for:  in those old 50s Capes, sometimes the process of adding a dormer is complex because the structure is not designed for the extra weight.
