My name is Shaun Caldwell and just getting started in the business of real estate investing. I am currently located in Charlotte, North Carolina where I own and operate a commercial printing and graphic design company.

My objective is to create a solid business moving Charlotte’s worst properties from the hands of owners who don’t have the ability or desire to renovate and maintain them into the hands of skilled investors and landlords who will create attractive, affordable housing for area residents.

At this point my focus is on getting educated about real estate investing by way of practical advice (BP, books, audio, etc.) and experience (mentoring/apprenticeship).

I actually came across this site accidently after completing a Google search for a very popular real estate investing seminar. Needless to say it was one of the best search queries I’ve ever done!
