From the knowledge i got from him, i now have 9 properties in the midwest, all of them bought UNDER 25K and all of them cash flowing great, with amazing cash returns, all of them mortgage free.....etc....I dont even want to get deep into to it..Some of you guys are clearly very articulate, extremely intelligent, and can work #s better than a calculator, but sadly have zero common sense...SMH at this thread

Unless you were lucky enough to purchase rental properties deep into the market downturn this last time around or have held for 15 years +, cash flowing in San Diego is very, very difficult to do.
