What social media platforms are you using to spread word about your business?

They are in the the process of selling a large commercial portfolio and they want to use the proceeds from that sale to invest into our platform. 

I've seen many on this platform do it with way less.

I really liked their platform and actually went through the whole process in under 5 weeks start to finish! 

I'm specifically looking to cash out refinance a property, but most also have the same type of loan for acquisition/rehab. 1) Visio Lending - Decent rates high 5s-6s, but only go up to 70% LTV2) LIMA ONE - Rates in the high 6s - high 7s, go up to 80% LTV3) Corevest - Rates in the mid 6s, go up to 75% LTV4) Tidal Loans - Mid 6s rates, up to 75% LTVAre there any other companies out there that I'm missing?

Hey Patrick,  Ive used a number of firms such as Faira.com, which offer a free listing for sellers and charge a nominal buyers commission only when the buyer doesnt use the faira platform.

In your experience, have you seen some Companies/brokerage teams provide a better platform for training then others?

I get alot of inquiries and bookings through Zillow/Hot pads/Trulia, they changed there platform in a few states.
