I think this is more of a process that you need to solve before the leads come into your CRM. 

This loan does not have monthly interest paymentsAfter explaining to them they paid the first year upfront and nothing else they are finally getting it (we think)…

Then i have to figure out how to Refinance house 4....but i got till june 2025 so i think im good.

I started my journey by reading Wholesaling 101: How to Wholesale for Beginners thread by Chris Piper (https://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/12/topics/862964-wholesaling-101-how-to-wholesale-for-beginners) , which I think is great in terms of being FREE and STRAIGHT TO THE POINT, coming from someone who was actually doing it.

I think it's a bad idea to cash out equity to buy the next property.
