I know Salesforce is supposed to be a key jobs anchor in the near future, but they arent bringing in anything close to 9k jobs. 

Since wholesaling is just a job (with no income guarantees) that requires an incredible amount of knowledge, I would do my extra $80k/yr OT.  

I'm interested in real estate investment brokerage (day job), real estate investing (night/weekend job), family, friends, and Formula 1 auto racing.Though I'm only now a member, I've been familiar and lurking with BP for years.

My kids are waiting for a month to get an appraisal for their loan, is this common for the area ?  

She was recently laid off from her job but cannot go back to work because they have a 7 month old baby who needs more medical attention than most babies due to a birth defect.

He's responsive, smart, and respectful of tenants and landlords while doing his job extremely well.

Here is the problem - up to this point, the owners have been taking responsibility of repairs, maintenance, etc of the interior of their units and the HOA was responsible for the common areas.  

Even though I live here, I feel like I don't know a lot outside of my common areas.

Smaller jobs typically charge more per square.  

It is your job to identify problems and create solutions so the fact that other people have mailed to a potential client should not detour you from doing so.
