I would try  to locate a "skiptracer" that manually searches EVERY lead you send over who wont just run it through a batch skiptracing tool and send over outdated phone numbers and data that you cant use for you business!

We do have a group of new and experienced loan investors that we collaborate with.  

I have recently been told about Rebogateway. It helps provide leads and provides lists for you. Is anyone familiar with this website? Advice? Feedback? Thank you!

Mini splits are easy to install yourself because they come precharged and require no special tools to install and they are also the most efficient heat pump from what I understand.  

+1 for Slack as a great asynchronous communication and follow up tool.

I use investorfuse for my automation and its a great tool to help me stay on top of followups, appointments, team members, virtual assistants and keep track of all the in's and out's of my wholesale business!

That said, my job and family situation limit my ability to travel to remote markets or personally manage properties, at least before I can replace my income with sufficient cash flow.What tools (books, threads, etc.) would you suggest for me to use to learn the basics of remote buy and hold?
