If an LLC, we look up LLC ownership to see if a person or their legal agent.

Currently, we have one LLC that is engaged in several real estate aspects: BRRRRs, Flips, rentals, my agent commissions go through it, and contracts for general contracting. 

If you are 100% LTV and there is something that causes you to sell the property you will have to bring money to close.

But I do have it listed on MLS for LTR, I’d much rather a short term guest though - since I’m so close to college and university hospital, I’d hope for students or traveling medical professionals.
