If you have any money to invest in your start-up then there are software tools that will significantly cut down your time spent pulling the pieces together

People take selfies and upload their IDs and software makes sure they match and can check databases for falsified documents, etc. 

BP has some great calculators to start with but you eventually want to have your own database from scratch or software with "Your" specific needs.

This will normally get you the Graphical Information System which is mapping software used by government bodies.

The issue with that is that the MLS has software that tracks IP addresses on who logs in and will send you an email stating you are breaking the rules.
