As a new Realtor, I get so many request for MLS access. Investors that are flipping homes wants to pay me to give them access to MLS. Is this illegal? Could I charge a fee to these investors for access to the MLS?

Yes, access to the private agent detail side of the MLS is illegal and would require you to share your login information.

Just set them up with the MLS portal like you can do for your non-investor buyers, and they will have access to the public side of the MLS only. They can create their own searches from there.

Look for ‘invite to Portal’ once you add them as a contact.
