Hello BP family, I own a small commercial stand alone building and have been approached by Edward Jones to build out and lease the property.

Looking to have some repairs done and need to find local contractors that I could hopefully build long term relationship with.

Im in the Indianapolis market and I have some land I would like to put up a structure on.Can someone point me in the right direction to start learning how best to tackle this first one and subsequent ones.I appreciate any help you can provide.

Looking to rent out the property for cash flow (After some small updates / maintenance) and continue to build equity and loan paydown while I house-hack into a 4-plex in the Volusia County area.

I gave them a 90 day notice that I was going to sell the house and they would need to vacate after 90 days.
