Recommendations for finding a contractor
About to close on my first investment property in the coming week, 4-unit in outside of Madison, WI. Looking to have some repairs done and need to find local contractors that I could hopefully build long term relationship with. Any advice on how to source reputable contractors in a specific area? How have you found quality contractors that you continue to hire?
