Anyone have experience leasing Office Space to Edward Jones Investments?

Hello BP family,

I own a small commercial stand alone building and have been approached by Edward Jones to build out and lease the property. We are in the beginning phase so not much info has been given yet. I'm curious if anyone has experience leasing to Edward Jones and would feel comfortable giving details about their experience. Specifics such as build-out costs and how they were allocated, lease term (5/10 years), NNN vs Gross, etc would be super helpful. Looking to get a sense of what its like to lease to such a large outfit. So far interactions with them have been great. I've leased out SFR but not commercial and plan to hire a broker to assist as well. All feedback is much appreciated!
