Got a question that I'd love input on.I purchased a condo in Florida in February of this year. 

I own a condo that I live in and I am currently trying to buy my first investment property.

The home features 2 large bedrooms with a large full bathroom (not connected to a bedroom..standalone bathroom).

I was sure to add a closet so it can be counted as a 4th bedroom.

There are many available condos for reasonable prices that rent to golfers but I am not very familiar with this market.

As condos being my only option right now, what are your views on forced appreciation on a 1b/1ba or 2b/1ba?

Here it is 99% conventional loan and 1% FHA on condos.

A three bedroom and a four bedroom.

I'll be looking for small 2/1 - 3/2 homes with the goal of adding a bedroom and/or bathroom to increase the value.
