ERentPayment doesn't have a business address listed on their website, and they offer National criminal background check, which is a lie because Mississippi you need to go into the courthouse to search, and only law enforcement has a National criminal background check through the NCIC.

There is a beautifully remodeled property sitting on the market right around the corner from my house, that won't sell because they overpriced it. 

Our experience is that, except for the tenants that keep a beautiful house, showing a house loaded up with moving boxes and scattered flotsam is worse than just waiting it out, cleaning up and showing it when it's empty.
