Hello everyone, I live in NY and I want to start my real estate adventure.

After watching his podcast on how to invest in real estate with little or no money down I immediately signed up as a Pro member.My wife is taking her real estate agent's exam soon and we hope to begin our real estate investing adventure starting in the Ocala-Gainesville area with flipping and LTR's and eventually branching out to a couple solid STR's in the Destin area where we hope to retire someday.

Why do you call an expensive plumber for such a ridiculously simple task?

Pretty cut and dry task.

Include which maintenance tasks you will complete that month and develop seamless processes for resolving tenant issues.

I am extremely excited to get started on my real estate adventure.

I started out in real estate management years ago with no experience either and I will tell you it’s not as daunting of a task as you may think.

Instead I have decided to spend more time on property management of our future properties compared to my business partner and want to propose him below and need some expert advice on the same.While purchasing the property, can I ask him to fund 55% of the deal compared to my 45% where as I take care of all future property management tasks post closing that includes on boarding a tenant, any maintenance tasks there after.Is that a fair offer, thoughts?
