Are you concerned about the PMC doing the rehab to improve the property?

The last thing is to hire Steve Michelini as a Consultant to represent your concern to the City and try to get a small reduction for one year...good luck. 

The thing that is concerning to me is that if you are under the age of 59 1/2 you will be penalized for taking the funds out too early.

My main concern with house hacking is our income will be reduced quiet a bit and we won’t be able to save as much for the next property.

It seems like a very simple Excel spreadsheet should solve the analysis concerns in regards to the number of hours spent.

I also know I can have a handyman replace a lightbulb without causing liability issues or causing any concern for my insurance company.What I am hoping to learn here is a bit more about where the liability cutoff might be between work that can be done by a handyman and work that requires a licensed electrician. 

Hello all,Was hoping I could get some suggestions or hear about any similar experiences concerning the following.I have a number of single family homes, all in a small community.

My primary concerns are, Will doing this cause a due on sale clause?

I have not seen any documentation about lot 1 being paid off, etc.My concerns stem from the mobile title showing up two days ago having the deed of trust with both parcels still on it and I had to send him away.Sorry if this is confusing, Any advice would be awesome and much appreciated-
