Does anyone know if there are lenders that would loan internationally?

My partner and I currently live overseas exploring other interesting markets for real estate investment, predominantly in Europe. We'd like to learn more about whether this is smart financially from a tax perspective....

Is it possible to invest on an international scale?

The lender you have spoken to might have an internal adjustment but plenty of brokers would NOT have that adjustment. if you have a credit score over say 660 you can do a lot better then that in rate.
